Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we performed a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster at the San Jose cloud location. During the maintenance we upgraded the underlying software of the cluster.
All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by Alpha3 Cloud’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: There was no impact on any of the existing servers, drives or networking, other than a slight increase of the I/O operations for the duration of the maintenance window.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster at the SJC cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the underlying software of the cluster. The actual works are planned to take no longer than 2 hours in total.
IMPACT: There will be no service impact, except a slight increase in the I/O operations.
