Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we performed a scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster at the San Jose cloud location. During the maintenance we upgraded the underlying software of the cluster.
All support activities were conducted under direct supervision by Alpha3 Cloud’s DevOps staff.
IMPACT: There was no impact on any of the existing servers, drives or networking, other than a slight increase of the I/O operations for the duration of the maintenance window.
While it is important for Alpha3 Cloud to perform maintenance activities such as this to ensure the quality of our services, we do everything possible to minimize any inconvenience for our customers. We appreciate your patience and welcome any feedback.

Alpha3 Cloud would like to inform you that we are planning to do scheduled maintenance of our storage cluster at the San Jose cloud location. The maintenance aims to upgrade the underlying software of the clustert. All scheduled tasks are expected to take ~2 hours in total.
All support activities will be conducted under direct supervision by Alpha3 Cloud DevOps staff.
IMPACT: There will be no downtime for the storage; nonetheless, a slight increase in the I/O operations is expected for the duration of the maintenance works.
